Return and refund policy


At Quwintus, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom-built computers designed to meet your needs. To ensure transparency and confidence in your purchase, we offer the following return, refund, and warranty policy.

  • Returns

    • Returns are only accepted for complete computers purchased directly from Quwintus.
    • Software, digital products, and licenses are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
    • To be eligible for a return, the computer must be in its original condition, free from physical damage caused by misuse, and returned with all included accessories and packaging.
    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a defect covered by warranty).
  • Warranty

    • All custom-built computers from Quwintus come with a 6-month limited warranty.
    • The warranty covers hardware defects and faulty workmanship under normal use.
    • The warranty does not cover:
    1. Software issues, including operating systems and third-party applications.
    2. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
    3. Normal wear and tear (e.g., fans, thermal paste, etc.).

      If a hardware issue arises during the warranty period, Quwintus will repair or replace the defective component at no additional cost.
